Delivering Excellence: A Customer Service Role
The role of a CSA (Customer Service Agent) is to safely navigate local neighbourhoods, delivering customer orders to their homes during the day or night. This position requires a commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace.
As a CSA, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery. You will also be expected to drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads and/or regional areas, while maintaining a safe driving record.
To be successful in this role, you will need an Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a willingness to undergo a police history check and driving history check.
You should be active, as you will be on your feet, lifting and carrying groceries from the van to your delivery points. Additionally, you may need to navigate stairs.
