What You'll Do
Lead solution discovery sessions to deeply understand client business needs, environments, and user experience requirements.
Design complex, scalable AV and hybrid workplace solutions (meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, digital workplaces, and integrated environments).
Produce high-quality technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, Bills of Materials (BOM), and scope and design documentation.
Act as the technical lead through the sales process, supporting opportunity qualification, solution positioning, and proposal development.
Partner closely with Sales to craft compelling, winning solutions and presentations.
Run client presentations, workshops, and solution walkthroughs.
Attend client sites to validate designs, perform assessments, and confirm solution alignment.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging AV and hybrid workplace technologies.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role:
* 5+ years' experience in Pro AV / Audio Visual environments (essential)
* Background in Pre‐Sales, Solutions Architecture, or Design Engineering
* Strong capability designing integrated AV systems across platforms such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron, Cisco, Logitech, Q‐SYS, Biamp.
* Track record of creating clear, detailed technical diagrams and documentation.
* Commercial awareness and experience supporting proposals and winning work.
* Excellent client‐facing communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business‐focused outcomes.
Desired Certifications
Industry certifications such as AVIXA CTS / CTS‐D, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Rooms, Cisco collaboration certifications, or relevant vendor accreditations.
