National Home Nurse, part of Programmed Health Professionals Registered Nurse 3-4 days per week Monday – Sunday, with opportunity to pick up extra hours Positions available in all Greater Melbourne suburbs National company, excellent support and resources The company: National Home Nurse, part of Programmed Health Professionals, is a leading provider of healthcare. The Role: We are currently searching for a Registered Nurses to join our community Hospital in the Home team in Melbournes Mornington/Rosebud Regions. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years recent experience working in the acute hospital setting and be confident with working autonomously. Travel will be required for the role. You will have the opportunity to work with innovative medical and nursing professionals who see health care differently. Working alongside the major Public & Private Hospitals to support their patients with early discharge support. Delivering hospital substitution programs, post-acute care, and ambulatory infusion services. To join our team, you will need consolidated nursing and problem-solving skills, as well as be an excellent communicator and patient advocate. To be part of this exciting program you must be: Registered Nurse with consolidated skill set including chronic & post-operative wound care, IV infusion, venepuncture, urinary catheterisation, respiratory assessment, split skin graft & donor site management and comprehensive care planning experience Outstanding IV cannulation skills, PICC & PORT management Ability to problem solve and use initiative Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- written and verbal Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise Current National Police Clearance (or be willing to obtain one) Current Drivers' Licence and your own reliable car fully insured, as well as your own computer/tablet, printer & phone Working remotely/independently within a geographical region under the supervision of our Senior Clinical Lead So it's over to you.
