Wimmera Southern Mallee Development (WSM Development) is an innovative, purpose-driven organisation working across projects that strengthen communities, support businesses and drive sustainable regional growth. We're seeking a Business Manager to join our leadership team and help support how we deliver impact across the Wimmera Southern Mallee region.
About the role
This role will suit someone who is:
Highly organised, proactive and people-focused
Interested in improving systems and how things work
Confident coordinating across multiple functions
Keen to contribute ideas and learn along the way
Working closely with the CEO and supported by external service providers, you'll help coordinate
Finance, governance and risk
IT and systems
People and culture
Your work will enable project teams to deliver regionally significant initiatives across business development, leadership, migration, resilience and community programs. You don't need to have held a similar role before — we value transferable skills, sound judgement, strong communication and a collaborative mindset.
