About the OpportunityWe invite you to join Fairfield Hospital as a Social Worker Level 3, where you will deliver expert psychosocial assessments, counselling, and advocacy to enhance patient care. You will operate independently, ensuring adherence to SWSLHD policies and best practice standards while coordinating with other providers for seamless care.

What You'll Be DoingProvide specialist Social Work service to consumers and their carers to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes consistent with SWSLHD policies, procedures and standards, relevant legislation and the NSW Health Code of Conduct. Participate in professional development, clinical supervision, teaching, quality activities and other relevant departmental and administrative duties.
