**Your day to day**
Our Guest Services Agents are empowered to take initiative, passionate and driven by creating a guest experience that is memorable and unique. As part of this role, you will;
- Ensure all guests are warmly welcomed during check in, check out and throughout their stay
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver prompt and efficient service
- Promote and up-sell hotel facilities and services through strong product and service knowledge
- Effectively communicate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for completing a wide variety of front office tasks, which will ensure that every day is different
**What we need from you**
- Experience in a customer service role
- Local knowledge is desired
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
- Solutions focused - ability to to turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories
- Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
