**About the role**: 
The Stock Controller - NSW plays a critical role in supporting the operational performance of Emporio Armani retail locations across New South Wales. Based at **Emporio Armani Sydney** as the designated home store, this role provides **flexible, mobile support to all NSW boutiques** to ensure stock accuracy, inventory availability, and a consistent luxury standard in back-of-house operations. 
- Receive, verify, and process incoming deliveries across multiple NSW locations. 
- Ensure stock accuracy through routine cycle counts and coordinated stocktakes. 
- Manage all inter-store transfers, end-of-season returns, consolidations, and uniform/allowance adjustments. 
- Maintain an organised, secure, and compliant stockroom environment. 
- Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or variances promptly to Store and Logistics Managers. 
- Reticket and label merchandise in line with pricing and merchandising directives. 
- Uphold best practices in BOH layout, loss prevention, and merchandise handling. 
- Provide **flexible stock control support across all NSW boutiques** including locations such as EA Sydney, Chatswood and David Jones stores across NSW where there is an Emporio Armani Concession. 
- Travel as needed for major deliveries, peak trade periods, events, or store audits. 
- Lead or assist in multi-store inventory counts, visual compliance checks, and operational handovers. 
- Ensure standardised BOH practices and performance across all NSW locations. 
**To**be successful you will need**: 
- Minimum 2-3 years in a stock controller or operations role in retail or luxury fashion 
- Proficient in SAP, POS, Microsoft Excel and operational reconciliation tools 
- Prior Experience working across multiple retail locations. Ability to travel across NSW with short notice is required
