A well-established and expanding engineering company is looking for a Senior Revit Designer – Power & Energy to play a key role in strengthening an existing design team to support complex, high-reliability power system projects across Australia. You will lead a small team that works across electrical design for plant rooms and power systems including generators, transformers, switchgear and cable infrastructure, coordinating with internal teams, consultants and vendors to produce accurate, compliant models and drawings. Key responsibilities: Lead Revit modelling and BIM coordination Support and guide junior drafting staff Coordinate with engineers, consultants and suppliers Produce high-quality drawing packages (IFC, IFA, IFR) Maintain model integrity, including families, templates and worksets Setup and maintenance of the Revit library Identify design and constructability issues early Contribute to the development of BIM standards, workflows and governance Requirements: Strong Revit MEP and BIM coordination experience Proven delivery of accurate models and drawings Good understanding of standards and compliance Experience within Australian project delivery environments Background in plant room layouts and multi-discipline coordination Solid understanding of Autodesk design tools Fits in well with the team culture and keeps in touch with key stakeholders to build strong working relationships Current driver’s licence Full Australian working rights and ability to pass a police check If you’re ready to step into a role where your technical expertise and initiative will directly influence project outcomes, this is an opportunity to make your mark.
