Senior Retail Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Retail Leader to join our team on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term basis. This is a unique opportunity for you to lead the service, people development, merchandising, and operational functions of a store, ensuring maximum profitability and alignment with company objectives and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop sales forecasts and payroll strategies in collaboration with district management and directors to drive store results
* Maintain optimal staffing levels to deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting budgetary goals
* Utilize customer service reporting and observation tools to monitor service levels and identify areas for improvement
* Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales results and communicate findings to staff members and report to HQ
* Analyze sales trends and adjust business strategies accordingly
* Design and implement plans to grow the business through client loyalty programs, events, product knowledge, and services
* Effectively utilize time and planning tools to achieve business and operational results
* Measure and manage the effectiveness of business strategies, adjusting as needed
* Achieve store sales plans and operating profits while maintaining expense control
* Implement and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss
Requirements:
* Excellent communication, service, and analytical skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Windows, Word, Excel)
Experience: 3-4+ years in retail or store line management
