About the role
This is a secure, full‐time Monday–Friday role with weekend work as optional, perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys customer service and wants to develop technical expertise in a specialist industry.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will:
Deliver excellent counter and internal sales service to trade customers
Build strong relationships with local tradies and national account technicians
Identify customer needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations
Assist with stock management and inventory control
Perform general warehousing duties (picking and packing)
Operate a forklift – we will help you to obtain a license and train you!
Maintain a safe and organised work environment in line with WHS requirements

A genuine passion for serving and helping customers
Strong customer service or retail experience (trade or technical environments highly regarded)
The ability to build rapport and lasting relationships
Strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn – we'll train you to become an HVAC&R specialist
Confidence communicating with a wide range of customers and team members
A current forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one (company funded)
A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
