As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in designing and refining sales processes, building and maintaining dashboards and reports, overseeing the Salesforce CRM, and implementing strategies to improve pipeline velocity and conversion rates.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Sales Process Optimization: Design and refine global sales processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
* Analytics and Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics like pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales cycle length.
* CRM Management: Oversee the Salesforce CRM to ensure it meets the needs of our sales team.
* Pipeline Velocity: Implement strategies to improve pipeline velocity and conversion rates.
* Tech Stack Optimization: Help design, implement, and optimize our sales tools and processes to keep our tech stack cutting-edge.
Requirements
* A proven track record in Sales Operations, preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment.
* Expertise in Salesforce CRM, prospecting tools, automation platforms, and other SaaS sales technologies.
* B2B/B2C expertise with a focus on both Direct Sales and Partnerships.
* Creative problem-solving skills with an ability to rewrite the playbook.
