We’re now seeking a Business Banking Analyst to join our high-performing Regional and Agribusiness Banking (RAB) team based in Geelong, working directly with a team of experienced Relationship Executives. In this role, you’ll be integral to supporting a portfolio of commercial and regional and agribusiness clients, helping them to grow, innovate and succeed. Your insights and analysis will directly inform strategic decisions and strengthen client relationships across a wide range of industries. Key Responsibilities Conduct financial and credit analysis for new and existing business clients Prepare credit submissions and risk assessments in line with bank policy and regulatory requirements Collaborate closely with Relationship Executives to deliver tailored banking solutions Support the team with portfolio management, customer onboarding and service delivery Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional business and agribusiness trends, economic conditions, and credit risk practices Help identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced customer outcomes We’re interested in hearing from people who: Have a strong understanding of business and commercial lending, ideally with exposure to regional or agribusiness clients Possess solid financial and credit analysis skills, with experience in interpreting financial statements Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Are confident communicators and effective team players Are tertiary qualified in business, finance, economics, or a related field (desirable) Why join us?
