Crypto.com is seeking a CRM Manager, Regional Delivery to oversee the execution and localization of cross-channel CRM communications tailored to regional markets (including but not limited to APAC, partially LATAM/US/CA). This role is critical in ensuring that CRM messages/campaigns meet compliance and legal requirements while maximizing their effectiveness across diverse languages and regions. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as legal, product, and marketing—to deliver localized, customer-focused campaigns that enhance retention, drive engagement, and unlock cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.Key responsibilities include managing the localization of CRM automations, ensuring alignment with regional legal and compliance standards, supporting ad hoc CRM initiatives across multiple regions, and providing insights through regional CRM dashboards and analytics.ResponsibilitiesServe as the main contact point for managing and localizing ongoing CRM automations to meet regional language and cultural requirementsCollaborate with regional legal and compliance teams to ensure all CRM activities and campaigns are legally approved and compliant with local regulationsSupport the planning and execution of ad hoc CRM campaigns across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needsWork with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Legal, Creative, Tech) to deliver localized GTM strategies and seamless customer experiencesManage end-to-end processes for segmentation, automation, optimization, and reporting on the user lifecycle to drive retention and engagement metricsAnalyze campaign performance and implement improvements through A/B testing and data-driven insightsEnsure the delivery of personalized, impactful, and localized CRM messages across push notifications, emails, and in-browser messagesRequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in CRM, growth marketing, or operations roles, preferably with regional exposureProven experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, Hubspot, or Salesforce is a mustStrong understanding of CRM compliance in regional markets and experience working with legal and compliance teamsFamiliarity with digital assets, trading, and derivatives is highly preferredDemonstrated ability to manage localization processes for multi-regional campaigns, including language and cultural adaptationsExperience in delivering campaigns, managing automations, and conducting A/B testing to improve effectivenessExcellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholdersRegional CRM/Marketing experience will be a definite advantageStrong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality resultsSeniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOther
