Roofing Maintenance Supervisor Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a full-time, permanent Roofing Maintenance Supervisor. As a national leader in manufacture and installation of building and home improvement materials with multiple sites across QLD and NSW, we offer a supportive and driven team environment that focuses on customer service and safety with a fantastic culture.
The successful candidate will provide support to site supervisor teams with new and existing roofing projects, measuring and ordering flashings and roofing materials, installing and repairing flashings, fascia gutter and metal roofing.
* Support Site Supervisor teams with new and existing Roofing projects
* Strong commitment to WHS and measure and order Flashings and roofing materials
* Install and repair flashings, fascia gutter and metal roofing
* Attend sites to resolve minor leaks or roofing issues
* Liaise with builders and sub-contractors to finalise works and complete jobs
The ideal candidate will have:
* Comfortable working at heights and accurately measuring roofing products
* Experience in the Metal Roofing industry
* Solid understanding of the building and roofing process
* Ability to schedule jobs, coordinate sub-contractors and manage material deliveries
* Strong communication skills with builders and sub-contractors
* High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Physically fit and able to perform a labour-intensive role
* Honest, reliable and able to build strong partnerships
* Current Driver's Licence
