New Homes Sales Consultant
We are seeking a high-calibre
New Homes Sales Consultant
to integrate into our established, high-performing sales division. This role is pivotal to managing client engagement and driving sales conversion across our specialised product range.
Location & Focus:
This role is primarily based at our
three display home locations in Sunbury
(shared responsibility with a peer) and will require managing appointments at our
luxury display home in Geelong
on a scheduled basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Conversion & Pipeline Management:
Proactively follow up on all prospective client enquiries and systematically convert leads into confirmed sales.
Strategic Relationship Development:
Cultivate and leverage relationships with land estates to secure exclusive house and land packaging opportunities.
Revenue Generation:
Generate sustained referral sales through active management of the existing client database and personal professional networks.
Client Journey Stewardship:
Build meaningful, consultative relationships with clients, providing expert guidance through every phase of their new home construction process.
CRM and Presentation:
Ensure meticulous management of client information within our CRM system and uphold the impeccable presentation standards of our display homes.
Essential Candidate Profile and Requirements
The ideal candidate is a
highly motivated self-starter
with a demonstrable history of success within the residential building industry. You must possess a profound commitment to delivering genuine customer satisfaction and a superior, memorable sales experience.
Mandatory Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of continuous experience in a New Home Sales Consultant role
within the Melbourne building and construction industry is
strictly required
.
