Installation Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Specialist to join our Customer Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing printer solution installations in accordance with agreed customer and business requirements. * Develop and maintain accurate project documentation to track key milestones As an Installation Specialist, you will liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure all information pertaining to an installation is accurately documented and received. You will also provide input on tender and new business opportunities, including service level agreements (SLA's) and response times.
