What you'll be doing
* Coordinate incoming service jobs and customer enquiries
* Enter jobs, raise quotes and work orders in iScala
* Communicate job progress and updates to customers
* Support workshop and field service scheduling
* Process rental contracts, fleet dispatch and returns
* Maintain fleet readiness and asset status records
* Assist with invoicing, reporting and general admin support
Hours & Work/Life Balance
* Monday - Thursday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
* Friday: 7:00am - 1:00pm (early finish every Friday)
* Weekends off

What we're looking for
* 2+ years experience in service admin / customer support
* Experience in industrial, hire, pumps or engineering industries beneficial
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office and ERP systems (iScala ideal but not essential)
* Current driver's licence
