The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative/operational support to clients, staff, and internal and external stakeholders in a confidential, proficient, and friendly manner.
The role involves:
* Providing structured opportunities to observe and contribute to mental health program delivery within a supported, recovery-oriented environment
* Managing reception duties, responding to inquiries, and coordinating appointment schedules accurately and efficiently
* Engaging respectfully and effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
* Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Experience working collaboratively within a team
* Administrative And Organisational Skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
* Confident using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and client information systems
