Martin Engineering Pty Ltd is a Western Australian owned and operated Bunbury business that was opened in 1981. We provide general and specialised machining and welding services to both local and remote mining, forestry and associated industries with a heavy focus towards onsite line boring and onsite machining services across the state. Martin Engineering Pty Ltd is known for its high level of quality and service to clients across several disciplines and is a vendor of choice to many of the largest mining and OEM equipment providers in WA. Martin Engineering operates 6 highly equipped mobile line boring units primarily in the Southwest of WA. Our services do extend across the state with interstate possibilities.
Workshop Administration (Maternity Leave Cover, 8 months with possible extension)
Responsibilities
* General Administration: Data entry and maintaining records
* General Administration: Answering incoming phone calls and responding to emails
* General Administration: Ordering and managing stationary supplies
* General Administration: Collecting and distributing incoming calls
* Vehicle Administration: Scheduling and coordinating vehicle servicing and maintenance
* Health, Safety & Environment: Support workplace evacuation procedures
* Health, Safety & Environment: Acting as an emergency warden where required
* Internal Project Support: Provide administrative support for internal workshop projects (including reamer projects)
* Internal Project Support: Managing staff uniform and merchandise stock
* Internal Project Support: Ordering uniforms and merchandise as required
Requirements
* Manual C Class Driver's License
* Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Role type: Fixed Term Full time, 5 days per week
* Hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm
* This role is offered as maternity leave cover and provides an opportunity to contribute to a supportive and practical workshop team.
