Our client is a leading global technology business, who are seeing a C suit level EA to join the team.
In this role, you will provide support for calendaring, travel, expenses, along with management and oversight of special projects, as needed. To perform these tasks effectively, you will be expected to become familiar with the products, people, and interpersonal dynamics within the wider team.
You should understand how to handle, with a phenomenal degree of independence, incoming asks for time, meetings, resources and other needs from the Senior Directors.
You are responsible for determining when to refer matters to others, and to whom they should be referred.
You will also be in charge of following up to ensure proper disposition, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You will become a core member of the leaders' team, attending monthly staff meetings and quarterly all team meetings.

**To be considered**:
- Proven EA experience of multiple executive / senior leaders
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of Executive/Senior staff and clients.
You are able to champions improvements. You are great at solving problems and making decisions. You also demonstrate leadership skills.
- You work in an organized and focused manner and have outstanding attention to details. You are also enthusiastic and self-motivated by nature.
Advanced desktop calendar management program experience.

This is an initial 12 month contact with chance of further extension.
Daily rate contract paying $380 + superannuation per day + public holiday cover.
