About the role
We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Hairdresser to join our growing team at Cuts 4 Us' in Bundaberg South, Queensland. In this casual position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling and colouring services to our diverse clientele. With a focus on delivering personalised, high-quality treatments, you will play a key role in maintaining our salon's reputation for excellence.
What you'll be doing
1. Providing a full range of hair styling, cutting, colouring and treatments to clients
2. Offering personalised hair consultations to understand client needs and recommend the best services
3. Keeping up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques and industry developments
4. Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the salon
5. Assisting with the training and mentoring of junior stylists
6. Contributing to the overall success and growth of the salon
What we're looking for
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a qualified hairdresser
2. A creative flair and strong technical skills in cutting, colouring and styling hair
3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised experience
4. A passion for the hair and beauty industry and staying up-to-date with trends
5. A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
6. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
