**Retail Assistant Manager Position**

The successful candidate will assist in leading a high-performing team, engage and empower the team through ongoing training and collaboration. They will work with leadership to build an effective and profitable store, motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators, and support operational excellence, managing rosters and preparing back-of-house administration.

Requirements:
* Experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role in fast-paced retail stores.
* A supportive leader with ability to motivate and mentor teams.
* Demonstrated commercial acumen with ability to exceed sales and shrinkage KPIs.
* An eye for detail with passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
* Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
