Base Salary
$74,912 – $82,688 per annum, plus employer contributions to superannuation and annual leave loading.
About the role
As an AMEP/SEE Customer Service Officer you will play a pivotal role in supporting program operations and enhancing team success. The Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) provides formal language tuition in face‐to‐face, virtual classrooms or distance learning for newly arrived migrants and refugees. The Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program delivers high‐quality training in language, literacy, numeracy and digital skills to help participants secure sustainable employment or continue their education.
