CQUniversity is seeking a motivated, strategic and service-oriented College Team Leader to guide a high-performing team in delivering exceptional administrative and operational support across our diverse academic landscape.
As the College Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination of administrative activities that support both students and academic staff. You’ll lead a team that’s passionate about service excellence, and you’ll be the driving force behind streamlined processes, quality assurance, and operational success across the School of Health, Medical and Applied Sciences.
From overseeing governance activities and academic scheduling to managing team performance and contributing to strategic initiatives, this role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Position Requirements
* A degree with relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
* Proven leadership capabilities and experience managing and mentoring a team.
* Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A results-driven mindset with exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
* The ability to make sound decisions, solve problems independently and drive operational efficiency.
