We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Administration Support Professional to provide administrative support for our training centre in a professional and efficient manner, contributing to the provision of quality service to students and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering telephone calls and customer inquiries as required
* Support the office with general administrative tasks
* Ensure accurate data entry for student enrolments, funding contracts, resulting, attendance, and award issuance
* Co-ordinate the enrolment of students into training courses using the Student Database and online enrolment systems.
* Checking learners meet the correct pre-requisites for the relevant accreditation issuance in line with Regulations
* Collating all assessment and pre-requisite documents that form part of the final portfolio to issue a student with accreditations
* Filing and storing learner assessment and certification documents in the database
* Consistent monitoring of data collection, and provide support for monthly/annual reporting
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated ability to establish and support customer/student relationships, exposure to administration, training and document management systems or databases, strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite with high attention to detail.
Experience working in a team environment where positive communication and teamwork are paramount.
