Emerald Carrying Company is seeking reliable, safety-focused and skilled MC Fuel Tanker Drivers to join our transport operations team with our Mt Isa Depot. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of bulk fuel products, ensuring compliance with dangerous goods regulations, road laws, and company safety standards.

No Fuel Experience? No Problem.
We welcome applications from MC drivers without prior fuel tanker experience. Our comprehensive training program is designed to give you the skills, confidence, and accreditation required to operate safely and professionally as a Fuel Tanker Driver.
The Role
* Based in Mt Isa working out
of the Viva Mt Isa Depot
* Hourly rate of $53.95,
operating C40 Single
* Load and deliver bulk diesel
into Glencore Mt Isa mine
* Conduct long-distance and/or local deliveries as rostered
* Conducting vehicle, trailer, and equipment checks
* Comply with fatigue management, chain of responsibility (CoR), and road transport laws
* Accurately complete delivery documentation and logbooks
* Maintain a high standard of professionalism when dealing with customers and site personnel

About You
* Current MC licence (any industry experience is welcomed) with manual driving experience
* Mt Isa Mines access card
(highly regarded)
* Mt Isa Mines induction
(highly regarded)
* Mt Isa Mines medical
(highly regarded)
* Previous bulk fuel experience is highly provided but not essential
* Safe Load Pass / Basic Fatigue Management Certifications
* Complete training for candidates needing to obtain certifications
