Responsibilities
This is a full-time position for an experienced Sales Agent based in Crows Nest, NSW. In this role, you will manage client inquiries, conduct property inspections, and build lasting relationships while actively prospecting for new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for negotiating sales agreements, preparing contracts, and staying across market trends to deliver exceptional service and results. As a valued member of our team, you'll play a key role in driving the ongoing growth and success of the agency.

Qualifications / About You
* A proven track record in residential real estate sales, ideally on Sydney's Lower North Shore

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage and convert leads from our extensive database and ongoing marketing campaigns
* Strong experience in client relationship management, customer service, and knowledge of the local market
* Solid understanding of the real estate sales process and market dynamics
* Highly skilled in negotiation and preparation of sales agreements
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Agentbox
* A valid driver's license and reliable transport
