Due to exceptional growth, our client is now looking for an **HR Manager** or an ambitious **HR Coordinator** to join their team in South Perth.
Our client is a Western Australian-owned and operated organisation that supports the elderly and those living with a disability. Newly established in 2019, they have since grown from a small team with a single client to having over 200 support workers in offices across Australia.
Working closely with friends, family members, support workers, and therapists, their mission is to create an environment that improves the independence of those living with a disability through continued support and assistance. **About the opportunity**
The HR Manager will work cohesively with the two Directors to achieve organisational goals as well as to assist the Philippines-based HR Manager. You will have 2 Perth-based HR Administrators and 1 Philippines-based HR Administrator supporting you with your day-to-day tasks.
The HR Manager's mission will be to provide guidance and support across the four entities within the organisation. Initially, you will be involved in the recruitment, onboarding, and induction of recent support workers to ensure the growing needs of their clients are met. Once established in the role, it is envisaged that you will provide best practice guidance and be committed to continuous improvement whilst championing an empathetic and positive workplace culture.
