This newly created role will be crucial in the firm’s growth objectives, as the business is strengthening its digital marketing and data analytics capabilities. The Digital Marketing Manager will have a broad remit, strong B2B digital marketing experience, with the overarching goal to support the business’ growth goals. 
Responsibilities: 
- Collaborate with the marketing team, business stakeholders, and external suppliers, leveraging best practices knowledge across B2B social media, UX, SEO, content, demand capture, martech integrations (CMS, CRM, email marketing platforms), webinars, email marketing campaigns, microsites. 
- Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives and campaigns (paid and owned: awareness lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns) targeted at existing clients for greater share of wallet or prospective clients to drive business growth. 
- Manage the ongoing performance of the firm’s digital marketing campaigns, public website, and social media channels, identifying improvements to drive positive outcomes and optimize ROI. Tactics may include conversion rate optimization experiments and development of new content, creative, or channels based on data analysis and market research. 
- Strong background in developing digital content - use creative, quality, content marketing techniques such as videos and animated infographics to engage our audience. 
- Enhance and manage our public website, including executing basic updates and development. Strong understanding of SEO and web engagement and traffic metrics 
- Extract, wash, and manage client lists for email campaigns (via Campaign Monitor). 
- Develop a deep understanding of our industry, clients, prospects, competitor, and media landscape to anticipate the needs of the firm’s target market and ideate new channels, content, martech, or process improvements to enable the business to achieve its growth targets. 
- Amplify the firm’s content and thought leadership material through paid and owned digital channels. 
- Ensure all aspects of digital marketing are implemented flawlessly, including tracking and reporting. 
Required Skills and Attributes: 
- Hands-on, self-directed, self-motivated with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. 
- Data management and analytics skills with the ability to draw out insights and optimize results as well as package them into engaging insights for stakeholders. 
- Results-oriented with a passion for doing things differently to achieve better outcomes. 
- Effective project management skills and highly organized with good attention to detail and the ability to produce high standards of work to deadlines. 
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate across teams. 
Technical Skills: 
- Solid technical knowledge, track record and hands-on experience with: 
- Martech stacks including CMS, CRM, marketing automation and webinar platforms. Experience with Campaign Monitor is highly desirable. 
- SEO/SEM, including Google AdWords. Ability to implement and manage in-house is highly desirable 
- Ability to develop and implement B2B digital campaigns across paid and owned channels and platforms including B2B social media, webinars, email marketing, website 
- Strong experience in using and implementing content aggregation and publishing platforms 
- Strong experience in developing presentations and implementing presentation applications including Canva, Gamma Ai 
- Programmatic paid media platforms. Ability to implement and manage in-house is highly desirable. 
- Social media campaigns and management (paid and owned). 
- Website data analytics including Google Analytics, AdWords, and Hotjar. 
- Ability to developing and amplify digital content - creative, quality, digital content marketing techniques such as videos and infographics 
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills. 
Required Experience: 
- Experience in a similar marketing role. 
Education: 
- Degree in a related field, such as marketing, business, or communications.
