We're searching for a talented Campaign Manager to join our wonderful distributed Aussie team in a remote work from anywhere role!

Responsibilities
✓ Setup, manage and optimise Meta and Google Ad lead gen campaigns across various clients and industries (strong emphasis on trade business lead generation).
✓ Constantly evolve campaigns to improve ROI, reduce CPL, increase sales CVR. We are all about performance lead generation and delivering results for our clients
✓ Serve as your clients' primary point of contact for reporting tasks, presenting strategic recommendations and campaign updates with a view towards improving performance
✓ Liaise with internal creative and project team members to ideate best practice performance-driven assets (copy, images, videos, landing pages).
Role Requirements
✓ 2+ years of experience working in the paid traffic space with direct response Meta or Google Ads being the major focus.
✓ Proven track record working across multiple lead gen campaigns and delivering real results such as increasing ROI and lowering CPAs.
✓ The ability to confidently communicate campaign objectives, results, timelines and deliverables to client and internal teams.
✓ Have a performance-driven mindset and attitude.
✓ Be efficient, organised and task-oriented.
✓ Ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns, tasks & projects at once.
✓ Keen willingness to learn and grow within the team.
