Job Description
As a Guest Experience Agent, you'll welcome guests and ensure a smooth, friendly experience throughout their stay. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest centric environment and enjoys creating memorable experiences.
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
* Greet guests warmly and handle check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and care.
* Respond to guest requests and questions with professionalism and local knowledge.
* Promote Accor's loyalty program and support sign-up targets.
* Identify upselling opportunities to enhance guest experiences.
* Manage phone calls, bookings, and basic porter duties as needed.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have (but not limited to):
* A passion for providing a positive guest experience with a desire to create memorable experiences
* Previous experience using Opera Cloud is desirable.
* Strong attention to detail, ensuring procedures are followed.
* Confidence in making credit card and cash transactions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* The flexibility to work a rotating roster (including, AM, PM & Weekend shifts).
