We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive and friendly customer service extraordinaire to join our team as a **Guest Service Agent**. This role is available as a part - time opportunity.
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Delivering a 5 - star experience for our guests at every touchpoint.
- Maintaining a proactive approach to complaint handling and be confident in resolving issues.
- Actively upselling and promoting special promotions or facilities available within the hotel.
- Managing administrative and data entry for guest relations.
- Guest Communications (including internal and external phone calls).
- Guest Services (not limited to checking in and checking out our guests).

You have the below qualifications/attributes (but not limited to):
- A positive attitude and professionalism, with a genuine passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with the ability to work cohesively and collaboratively.
- Proficient in computer systems, with experience in Opera Cloud.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to guest needs.
