We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Client Relationship Specialist. This position involves working closely with clients to develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong understanding of agribusiness finance.
About the Role
This role provides valuable support to our Account Managers, enabling them to develop new business, manage existing client accounts, and help clients achieve their goals. Key responsibilities include acting as an additional formal point of contact for clients, overseeing the journey from client request to settlement, and initiating prudential management tasks. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive Compliance Due Diligence (CDD) risk analysis in Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) and Know Your Client (KYC) requirements.
* Prepare loan applications
* Interpret and execute branch prudential management tasks
* Monitor loan arrears and accounts
