Clinical Nurse (Mental Health Clinician)

The Homeless Health Outreach Team (HHOT) provides comprehensive assessments, care coordination and clinical interventions for homeless persons in the community who are experiencing mental illness.

Attractive remuneration:

* Salary range: $107,960 to $115,604 p.a. (Nurse Grade 6 – Band 1)
* 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
* 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

Participate as a member of the Mental Health team in providing comprehensive mental health assessment, case management, intervention or group work as required within a multidisciplinary framework.

Requirements:

* Qualification, AHPRA registration, and current practising certificate.
* Highly desirable:
o AMHP status, or eligibility for same, under Mental Health Act 2016.
o Credentialed status (or willingness to complete the requirements) with the ACMHN.
* Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
* Probation period may apply.
* Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
