Heavy Diesel Mechanic Gold Coast | Civil & Piling Contractor
We are currently recruiting a Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join a well-established civil and piling contractor based on the Gold Coast. This is a permanent, full-time role offering strong hourly rates, modern equipment, and a healthy balance between workshop and site-based work.
What's On Offer
* $58.10 per hour
* Monday to Friday | 6:30am - 3:30pm
* Overtime and weekend work paid

* Exposure to a modern, well-maintained fleet, including recently purchased new equipment
The role
* Maintenance, servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy plant and specialised piling equipment
* Combination of workshop-based duties and site work (approx. 50% site-based)
* Breakdown support and preventative maintenance
* Working closely with operations and site teams to keep equipment running efficiently
Equipment you'll work on
* Piling Rigs: Bauer BG15H, BG28V, BG36V RTG22S, RTG25S, RTG27S
* Excavators: Komatsu PC55, PC138, PC270, PC290, PC360
* Concrete Pumps: Soilmec SKP80, SKP110 Klein ,
About you
* Trade-qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic
* Experience working on heavy plant, ideally within civil, piling, or infrastructure environments
* Strong fault-finding and hydraulic knowledge
* Comfortable working both in a workshop and on active sites
* Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
