We are seeking an experienced educator and leader to support the Executive Manager with strategic planning, build strong partnerships with stakeholders, and make a real impact in the community.
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting children and families in remote settings. You will need:
* A post-graduate degree or equivalent experience in Early Childhood Education and Care
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership position
* Current Australian Driver's License and ability to obtain NT working with Children (Ochre) Card
* Understanding of the National Quality Standards, including regulations, standards, and approved Early Learning Frameworks
