We are a boutique 23-bed Residential Aged Care Facility for Women only, located in Fremantle. We are currently seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead this exciting opportunity and represent a dynamic health & aged care organization.

The position would suit an experienced manager in the aged care industry. Applicants must be a Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration. You would be responsible for leading and managing the facility to ensure quality care and services for our residents.

You will be well supported by an experienced executive team from the Head Office (offsite). You will be rewarded with a very competitive salary + super (dependent on experience).

You will lead, manage, and mentor your onsite workforce to ensure clinical and non-clinical outcomes are met and that residents' well-being is optimized. You will lead the team while embodying our values and contributing to strategic objectives.

The Requirements:

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility with support from experienced staff.
* Assess, coordinate, and monitor individual care needs of residents.
* Manage staff scheduling, grievances, performance, and compliance with training requirements.
* Support the Admin Manager onsite and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
* Liaise with residents and relatives to maintain residents' rights and resolve conflicts.
* Ensure compliance with WHS policies to maintain a safe environment.
* Promote independent living for residents.
* Document in accordance with policies and procedures.
* Participate in continuous improvement programs.
* Lead the team in meeting resident care requirements.
* Support the professional development of onsite team members.
* Assist with accreditation compliance and ensure the facility meets all aged care standards.
* Knowledge of AN-ACC assessments.
