The foodie family behind one of Sydney's most loved café's will soon open doors of Neighbourhood Delicatessen & we are looking for an experienced foodie manager to lead the team.
A celebration of the creative community of The Rocks, serving up on-the-go delicious house-roasted coffee, fresh pastries, delectable sandwiches & pantry stuffs. Enjoy grab-n-go ease or much-in their walk-in-delicatessen with shelves packed with secret family recipe sauces; home-made preserves; locally grown olives + fresh organic bread, flowers, fruit, vegetables, charcuterie plates paired with local wine, mini martinis & refreshing cocktails.

THIS IS YOU:
You'll be Passionate about food quality & the food story behind great quality products
You'll have loads of experience in the kitchen

Manage accurate stock control & ordering
Manage daily cash flow
Maintain a well presented, clean & hygienic work environment

Experience in managing a busy store
Experience in plating & serving dishes + cooking skills & strong barista skills a bonus

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
