What You'll Do:
* Provide high-quality written support to merchants and end customers, no phone calls, just smart, thoughtful messaging.
* Use logic, empathy, and efficiency to meet performance goals and deliver excellent service.
* Identify and escalate urgent issues to your Team Leader to ensure smooth operations.
* Share ideas and feedback to help improve team processes and the overall customer experience.
