Program Director
The Program Director will oversee the overall effective management and allocation of personnel and resources necessary to meet all contract specifications.
This includes developing, implementing, and applying Operations and Management control procedures for the program, maintaining an accurate listing of Key Personnel with contact information, designating an authorized individual in the PM's absence, ensuring full performance of services during employee absences, establishing policies and procedures for performance and control of contract-related management functions, directing and monitoring the development of project operating procedures, ensuring maintenance and operations of Government systems, infrastructure, and other services are provided as required, and monitoring budget and contractual performance.

Requirements:
* U.S. Citizenship
* Active Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Science, Business Administration, or Mathematics, plus three years of specialized experience; OR Associate's Degree plus seven years of specialized experience;
* Baseline Certification - IAM III (one of the following): CISM, CISSP, GSLC, CCISO
* Specialized Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and ITIL Foundation (v3 or above)
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience with military communications systems, at least three years as a supervisor or project manager, and proven experience in working with government customers.
