About You
We're looking for a hands-on, values-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused environment. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 5+ years of senior operations experience in a premium hotel, resort or wellness environment
* Proven success managing multiple departments in a fast-paced, service-led business
* Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
* Deep knowledge of hospitality industry trends, guest service standards, and operational best practice
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills
* The ability to solve problems, adapt to change, and lead by example
