About the Role
The Communications Advisor, Talent Pool plays a critical role in the design, development, and delivery of internal programs, initiatives, and communications that strengthen staff engagement across two departments. This role works closely with key stakeholders to support leadership in fostering a positive, motivated, diverse, and inclusive workplace culture aligned toorganisational values and strategic priorities.
The position is responsible for providing timely, high-quality internal communications advice that supports change initiatives, enhances employee experience, and promotes consistent messaging. The Advisor contributes to the planning and execution of engagement activities, monitors their effectiveness, and continuously improves approaches to ensure staff feel informed, connected, and engaged.

We're looking for
* Internal communications delivery: Develops and delivers engaging, effective internal communications across multiple channels, including e-newsletters, intranet content, briefings, meetings and staff surveys.
* Events and project management: Plans, coordinates and delivers high-quality internal events and projects, managing requirements and stakeholders to ensure strong customer outcomes.
* Strategic communications advice: Provides informed, strategic communications advice and recommendations to internal customers to support organisational priorities and initiatives.
* Staff feedback and channel optimisation: Monitors and reviews communication channels to encourage staff feedback, improve engagement, and support evidence-based decision-making.
* Stakeholder collaboration: Builds and maintains effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality communication and engagement outcomes.
