We’re now looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Head Barista/Supervisor to lead our team and help deliver an outstanding café experience.
About the Role
As Head Barista/Supervisor, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring every cup and customer interaction meets our high standards. You’ll take the lead on coffee quality, team coordination, and the overall running of the café, fostering a positive workplace culture and an exceptional experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Coffee & Quality
* Prepare and serve specialty coffee to the highest standard.
* Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and service.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and brewing techniques.
Leadership & Team Development
* Supervise, train, and support baristas to achieve their best.
* Create a positive, collaborative, and fun team culture.
Customer Experience
* Deliver warm, professional service to every guest.
* Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with care.
* Build relationships with regulars and foster a welcoming vibe.
Stock & Operations
* Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
* Maintain café cleanliness and uphold food safety standards.
* Support the smooth running of daily operations.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven barista experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
* Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and brewing methods.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Confident leading a small, fast-paced team.
* Organised, reliable, and adaptable — weekends included.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
