Key Duties:
* Maintain and organise company documentation, reports, and records.
* Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
* Assist with correspondence, filing, and office supply management.
* Support daily office operations.
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
Must Haves:
* Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.
* Minimum 3-5 years of administrative experience is required.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management software.
* Intermediate proficiency level in Microsoft Office is required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
* Minimum Class C driver's licence.
* Experience in MYOB would be favourable but is not essential.
* Australian work rights are required.
