Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Sous Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
- Assist in producing food for guests efficiently, economically, and hygienically
- Maintaining a high standard of food preparation and presentation, according to recipes and standards
- Using all equipment, tools, and machines appropriately
- Working closely with the Stewarding department and all other kitchen staff
- Maintaining a professional and positive attitude towards colleagues, supervisors, and guests
About You:
- Have a minimum of 6 months full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
- Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is offered)
- Experience in a similar role (restaurant background preferred)
- Strong technical abilities, reliable, adaptable, and works well under pressure
- Skilled in time management and organisation
