About the Role
As Duty Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, guide junior leaders, and ensure exceptional service across all areas including bar, gaming, and bistro. You'll support the Venue Manager, uphold compliance and safety standards, and contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment.
Your Skills and Experience
Experience as a Supervisor or Duty Manager in a busy pub or hospitality venue
Strong leadership capability with a hands-on, people-first approach
Confident across bar operations, gaming, liquor compliance, and venue security
Excellent communication and customer service skills in high-pressure situations
Current RSA and RSG essential; RMLV and Approved Manager Licence highly regarded
