Located in Geelong, full-time, permanent

  • Join a not-for-profit health care provider who is getting back to what matters
  • Supporting people with disability, their families and carers to pursue their goals and navigate the NDIS and support of the Barwon local area coordinator team.
  • Total remuneration package of $84,444 per annum including superannuation and the full optional benefit of salary packaging.

What you'll be doing in this role?

Reporting to the Area Manager, and responsible for providing administrative support to the Local Area Coordinators team.

Your Work Will Include

  • Provide a high level of administrative support to the Area Manager
  • Provide appropriate and clear information to people with disability, their families, carers, services providers and other members of the community
  • Maintain client records in accordance with organisational and NDIA standards.
  • Be responsible for the collection and collation of data and statistics as determined by the manager.

What You'll Need

  • Certificate III - IV in Business - Administration or equivalent or extensive administration experience.
  • Experience in working within a community or human services setting.
  • A current Victorian Drivers Licence
  • A current Working with Children Check (Employee) or VIT Registration
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (can be obtained during application)
