About the Role
As our Site Engineer, you'll be hands‑on across the project, helping coordinate site activities, supporting smooth delivery, and making sure everything runs safely and efficiently. You'll work closely with our leadership team, the boys on the ground and be a valued part of every project from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
* Assisting with daily site coordination and planning
* Reviewing drawings, specs, and technical documents
* Conducting site inspections and quality checks
* Helping prepare ITPs, reports, and project documentation
* Tracking progress and supporting scheduling
* Building strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
* Championing safety and high‑quality work
What We're Looking For
* A degree in Civil Engineering or related field
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Some experience in construction or civil works is a bonus, but not essential
* Someone who enjoys working in a supportive, energetic team environment
