Team Leader Family Services
About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality family services. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day delivery of services to isolated and vulnerable families. You will work closely with the Program Manager to plan and implement responses to sector and service developments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the delivery of family services to meet the needs of clients
* Lead the Adolescent Family Violence in The Home (AFVITH) program
* Work closely with the Program Manager to develop and implement strategies for responding to sector and service developments
* Provide ongoing support, supervision, performance management, learning and development of team members
Requirements:
* Understanding of the Child Protection, OOHC placement and support services and the family services system
* Knowledge of Adolescent Family Violence and its impacts on family
* Flexible, responsive and evidence-informed interventions to address the needs of children and improve family functioning
* Experience in developing and leading a team that is inclusive and engaged
