The heart of this hybrid position is high‑quality therapeutic work alongside structured, supportive supervision, helping registrars and early‑career psychologists grow with confidence. You'll also have genuine input into how supervision and development pathways are shaped over time, while keeping your day‑to‑day centred on clients and clinical mentoring (not overt management responsibilities).
Your Duties will Include
* Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based therapy to adults and adolescents (16+).
* Provide assessments, therapy, documentation and reporting within a sustainable KPI.
* Offer individual supervision/mentoring while collaborating in a collegiate team.
* Work from a beautifully set‑up clinic in Central Sydney, with telehealth options available.
Requirements/ Skills
* Experience in private practice (or a strong foundation in evidence‑based therapy).
* Confidence working with varied presentations; adult & adolescent (16+) experience ideal.
* AHPRA endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist + Board‑approved Supervisor (or eligible would be ideal).
