About the role
As a Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in driving business growth while maintaining the high standard of service our clients expect.
You will:
* Identify and secure new business across multiple sectors
* Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
* Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
* Meet regularly with the CEO and leadership team to review performance and pipeline
* Represent Centec professionally at meetings, networking events, and industry functions
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities
* Work closely with Operations to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
About you
You're commercially sharp, people-focused, and confident engaging with decision-makers. You take ownership of your pipeline, communicate clearly, and build trust quickly.
You bring:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Electronic Security Solutions
* A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
* Strong experience managing enterprise-level client accounts
* A solutions-focused mindset with high professional standards
* Victorian Driver's Licence and Security Licence
* A genuine desire to make a positive impact for both clients and the business
